Founded by college sophomores Christine Wade and Kozlov Ryze in 1982, this delinquent gang was born from a desire to shake off societal shackles and confront the rigid expectations of young adulthood. Driven by the pressing social issues of their era, VIXEN members sought belonging and freedom in a society that seemed eager to deny them both.

VIXEN's reputation grew from a shared middle class background and the collective struggle against familial and societal expectations. As they clashed with authorities and rival gangs, their sense of camaraderie solidified.
