A Casino with Opportunity 

The Lion’s Den prides itself on not only being a place for entertainment but also a thriving workplace for skilled professionals. With a variety of positions available, the casino provides an opportunity for people from diverse backgrounds to excel in hospitality, culinary arts, entertainment, and security.

These are the following questions to the owner, Lucien that others may ask.

What inspired you to establish the Lion’s Den?

Well, people needed a place to hang out other than the Arcade and right now the main hotspot is the clinic. It usually causes problems for the clinic staff, which is unfortunate. I also took over the casino as I needed a speedy source of income as I wish to provide for my family in these trying times.

What makes the Lion’s Den stand out from other casinos?

Well, we offer bartending services, performances, many games, our own kitchen, and a vip lounge. It encourages people to spend their time at the Lion’s Den.

What do you look for when hiring chefs, dealers, or bartenders to represent Lion’s Den?

I look for hard-working members. I look for people who are inexperienced so we can help them grow their skills personally and as a team. Everyone is welcome, we all have to start somewhere, afterall.

What steps do you take to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff?

I intend on having security at the doors, checking people for any weapons or anything harmful on them. We want the Lions Den to be a safe place for all of East Falls to enjoy. Secondly, security will be patrolling around the first and second floor to make sure that everything is safe.

How do you manage high-profile guests and VIP clients?

Well, for example, the mayor will be escorted personally by security to the second floor where the vip lounge is. There, security will secure the doors. Of course, every member is to be treated with respect no matter their background as the casino is a place for everybody.

Do you believe in rewarding employees for outstanding performance? If so, how?

Of course we reward our  employees for outstanding performances! This can be from a raise of their income to other things to award them as it’s usually up the the employee.

Any future plans for expansion or new features?

Yes, I plan on expanding the building which will introduce many new features that I will keep a secret. That just means when we officially open, everyone will have to come to the Lion Den to see such a treat! To fill up to their own heart’s content.
