• Activity Level: I am active at least two hours a day and a way more during the Weekends. I spend most my time doing CrimeRP and GangRP, but recently I have got into a police position, so I'll be engaging in PoliceRP more often, and my more recent position as a Reporter, I will also spend time in that department.

• Public Identity & Services: Blackout Logistics is not meant to be apparent to the public, but if for any reason it came to the public, it would seem like an average transport company, just doing scheduled deliveries to lots of businesses who need their shipments delivered. The Front, If Accepted, would operate out of a locked up warehouse with a few delivery trucks parked near and inside, seeming to have nothing out of the ordinary, a false illusion of what lies below.

• Criminal Operations & Purpose: Distribution Assistance, Hitmen Services, Money Laundering, Kidnapping & Extortion, Protection Services. 

• Distinction from Other Fronts: Blackout Logistics differs from other Fronts in may ways, the most prominent being that the Front assists the Dockyards distribute, sell and transport weapons to the criminals of the International Criminal Underworld. The Front also provides the criminal underworld with a Hitmen Service and Kidnapping & Extortion services to blackmail, kidnap and remove any individual who opposes the underworld, or causes significant problems. Blackout Logistics, being a seamlessly innocent transport business, can easily Launder money for anyone at a small rate, covering up where blood money may arrive from, turning it into normal currency to be spent at one's will. The final service Blackout Logistics provides is a Protection Service, where a set number of individual can assist for any reason, such as private parties, Night Clubs, Black Market Dealer meetings, Weapon Exchanges, and much more needing protection from professionals.

• Current Reputation & Presence: Seeing as Blackout Logistics isn't meant to be shown very much to the public, it's only apparencies are within the Criminal Underworld. Seeing as the Front, If accepted, would have completed several deals already, this would prove valuable to showing how the Front is trustworthy and skilled in it's ability to transport, eliminate and extort. The Front, if ever found, would operate out of a warehouse somewhere in town, as a normal distribution business transporting goods for businesses and deliveries to customers. 

Front Operations & Vision:

• Primary Criminal Activities: Transporting, Storing and assisting the Black Market in sales of weapons to and from criminals around East Falls, Extorting Government Officials and Kidnapping, as well as Protection to Weapons Deals, Night Clubs and any business of the underworld needing protection.

• Conflict & Diplomacy Approach: Blackout Logistics, being affiliated to the Dockyards, would deal with it's competition and Law Enforcement as would the criminal underworld, eliminating the threat swiftly and quietly. Only, Blackout Logistics would try another way first. Seeing as one of it's skills is Kidnapping & Extortion, the Front would go after someone from the competition and take them against their will, then offering their life for the competition to cease their activities competing to the Front. If this does not work, then violence will be implemented, and actions will be taken against competition. Law Enforcement will most likely not be a problem, as the Front operate under the control of the Black Market, meaning that the chances of Law Enforcement only catching on to the Blackout Logistics are extremely low, yet none-the-less, the front will imply it's previous tactic of negotiation then violence.

• Planned Roleplay Events & Engagements: Seeing as criminals are always trying to surpass their opponents, and having to rely on someone to sell them their weapons isn't a good look for some, We'd imagine that criminals would occasionally attack and try to eliminate dealers for their products. An event that could take place would be an individual tries to go after a Weapons Dealer, successfully knocks them down and steals their product, being several expensive weapons. The Front and Dockyards would work hand in hand to locate, kidnap and remove the individual, but at this point the situation would have been caught on by the police, proving Blackout Logistics a useful Front by using their warehouse to store the stolen goods and slowly return them to the Dockyards while keeping the police at bay, none the wiser.

• Blackout Logistics is a criminal front with the ability to assist in transporting weapons, extorting and kidnapping, eliminating opposition, and protection of the underworld. Blackout Logistics plays a curial role in the smooth distribution of weapons, at any time, to any one whom pays, and can also easily dispatch of problems and launder money for the underworld to stay hidden. Operating in the dead of night, their fleet of cargo shipments to the Dockyards consist of unmarked transport trucks, small, inflatable Zodiac boats and modified shipping containers, all designed to evade Law Enforcement in total, and if caught, to keep whatever they are transporting hidden to the world. Very shipment is meticulously planned, with designated main, secondary and backup routes planned, safehouses to hide the goods in worst case scenarios, and armed security waiting for the first sign of trouble, all put in place to make sure they remain undetected and with the ability to continue operating as apart of the Dockyards.
