OOC:

How much do you know about first-aid and general medicine?:
What I know by first-aid is only a few things physically, yet I do know such as CPR hand CPR alongside mouth to mouth, bandaging wounds, etc. What I know more about mental/emotional first-aid would be acknowledging the pain, allowing said patient to calm down, then using techniques such as 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can smell, 2 things you can hear and one thing you can taste. Although about general medicine, I’d say it would be iffy, depending on what.

Give us 3 examples of injuries, and their resolution:

Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD), Was a disorder that was when an Individual had more then one persona, such as themselves but having multiple versions of themself, such as for example my name is Ramone, yet I could have a whole different persona named Ramona. A popular way that was treated for this order was therapy on uncovering these persona’s, either by integration or just naturally.

Bipolar Disorder is another disorder but dependent on an Individual's mood really. Such as extreme mood swings that can just be a quick shift or long episodes that could last days to a month. An example of this would be an individual would be nice to others yet they can rude, irritable to people that are close to them, such as a lover, parents, siblings or such. Treatment for this would include Mood-stabilizers to Antipsychotics or Antidepressants that may also come along with therapy.

Anxiety, Simple enough that all humans have it yet sometimes if an individual lets it take over you then it can and maybe would mess with your day-to-day life and what you do on a day to day basis. Some ways of treatment would be medication such as Diazepam which was used to calm the brain and nerves. Another way would be just Therapy as most Mental disorders have.

Why do you want to join the hospital faction on Echoes? Answer this OOC:
Why I want to join the hospital faction or clinic on echoes is because I want to experience and broaden my horizons on Echoes, experiencing more factions as I was on EFPD, yet once I tried it for around a month I saw it wasn't for me, and so I would like to try something new with the Clinic faction. I’d also like to dab myself into MedicalRP as I never really do MedicalRP in my RP career yet, This is a way to start.

How would you deal with someone that was FailRPing inside of the hospital?:
How I’d deal with someone that was FailRPING inside of the Clinic, is that I would verbally say please stop FAILrping inside the clinic, and if it continues I’d then call an available administrative member of the Clinic faction, if yet nobody is available I’d call a staff member that was available.

Provide us with 2 some-what detailed actions of your character helping an injured person. You can choose the injury or illness.

[!] In this scenario I’d be helping a patient with Severe anxiety of the Wind. [!]
/me I’d give the patient a warm embracing smile, so that they would know that they would be safe here. Grabbing a clipboard and a pen to write down notes, I’d speak in a soft yet calming demeanor to the patient. “Please, tell me why are you afraid of the wind, Do you know it won’t hurt you?” He’d ask in a soft tone.

[!} In this scenario I’d be helping a patient that needed help at the receptionist desk, who was having a panic attack [!]
/me smiled, at the individual as they walked into the clinic, as he realized they were having a severe panic attack, I’d then speak in a quick yet soft tone of voice. “Hon, Hon, Let’s calm down, Please follow me inside.” He’d say with his hand on their back, helping them back into the Clinic to the therapy rooms.

Provide us with your character’s backstory. Please attempt to limit yourself to more-or-less 1,500 words (maximum 2,500):

Italy 1943.
In the midst of WW2, A baby was born to a loving Family.
When he was born this baby would be named Julian Mariano, born into a Italian Family, full of redness of blood and yet sorrow. This family would be the curse of him?

Julian now in his childhood years is a child at heart, his love for cars and trains outrain his own

IC:

Name:
Julian Mariano

Age:
41

Phone Number
116.76

A printed message would be on the paper, “Hello! Thank you for applying to Echoes’ Hospital. We appreciate your interest! Please read through this paper and answer the questions. We will consider you for hiring once it is submitted. We will try to get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Thank you again!” The paper was signed by the hospital director.

Degree(s):
Major(s); Psychology
Minor(s); Criminal Psych. English(Language)

What position are you applying for? You may state a position that is not currently available, and it will be checked once that slot opens:

 Psychiatrist

Why do you want to work on our team?:
I’d love to work at the East falls Clinic, because for one my family has just moved to East falls and I for one do miss being in the field after a long move from Italy to East falls. Another would be my wish to help support my family in East Falls during our time here.

Provide a list of staff titles and their jobs/descriptions:

CLINIC ADMINISTRATION

CLINIC PSYCH. DEPT.

CLINIC SURGERY DEPT.

CLINIC STAFF

Clinic Director(Lead) - The Director of the Clinic would be the lead of the clinic, assisting in day-to-day operations and the hiring process.
Clinic Manager - The manager would oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clinic, Alongside assisting in the hiring process of new clinic staff.
Clinicians Leads -Would be individuals who are experienced into a certain field of their choice.

Clinic Psychiatrist - The Clinic Psychiatrist is an experienced Individual that can be able to counsel and prescribe medication to patients that are in-need of help.
Clinic Therapist - Just like a school counselor the therapist would just be there and help out and counsel patients when need be, yet they would have long-term patients and recurring ones as well. Although one difference is that they can’t prescribe medication.

Surgeon - In East Falls, the clinic is quite medium sized building yet is very limited, in which is also a Surgeon in this case a surgeon is an individual who can properly and successfully operate in a sterile field, of surgery such as Open heart surgery.

Clinicians - Are individuals who can treat basically anything, they are just qualified people who can medically treat an Individual who needs it.
Doctors - Theses are qualified doctors who can prescribe medicine, and treat people.

Whilst in the hospital how should you and your co-workers behave? If you see something wrong, what should you do about it?:

While in the work-place hospital personnel should act efferently and professional while in the Hospital as its vital for staff to act this way around patients as it retains professionalism. Although Clinic staff can be semi-professional when on break, as they are still human and can show emotions. If in the event I see something wrong, what I would do is dependent on the situation and or scenario I would then either let it be and just say to say "Hey that is not okay." or in a worse case scenario report it to an administrative member of the clinic.

What experience do you have working in a medical setting? If none, put N/A:

In my life, I have had a lot of medical experience in working in the medical field, from College I had a fellowship into a School Counselor, then to a Psychiatrist daily routine and had the chance to see some consulting with patients etc. Alongside with that would be Med-School and following that my four years as my residency as a Psychiatrist and then being a Psychiatrist for some years, alongside owning my own practice.

What responsibilities do you hold as a hospital staff member?:

What responsibilities I hold as a Clinic staff member, is quite a few. As a staff member, I should follow all laws pertaining to the constitution alongside guidelines that have been set by the Clinic. Alongside that I would have to keep confidentiality, alongside being Honest and accountable for all actions against me.

How would you manage a patient that was being uncooperative or rowdy?:

How I would manage a patient who was being uncooperative or rowdy in other terms, Is I'd first try to calm them down. In such a scenario they don't calm down and not accept treatment I would then not give any treatment and have them escorted out of the clinic.

The paper ended with another message: “Thank you for taking the time to fill out this paper. We truly appreciate it! Before you can submit this, please sign the document!”
