EchoesRP should have vests for civilians Because of guns/tasers. that civilians can use against police in CrimeRP or whatever they want to do with it.

-1 Police tasers are intentionally powerful, as they provide in-game reason for criminals to fear police intervention. When we're in a position--as we are currently-- where criminals feel comfortable walking up to the police station, and confessing crimes to heckle officers; reducing the power of the PD faction is the LAST thing we need to do.
