The criminal underworld of Echoes: 1984 is a structured and competitive network of organized crime, street-level gangs, and underground enterprises. The Dockyard Exchange oversees and regulates all criminal activity, ensuring that only the most competent and disciplined factions rise to power. If your crew aims to establish dominance, you must first prove your worth through this application process.

Gangs that distinguish themselves through strategy, influence, and loyalty will be granted verified status, unlocking exclusive privileges such as access to high-tier contraband, turf control, and the ability to engage in larger-scale criminal operations. However, not every gang will make the cut. Only those that demonstrate longevity, structure, and contribution to the criminal ecosystem of Echoes: 1984 will be allowed to thrive.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• The gang leader must submit the application and assume responsibility for all gang activity.
• Your gang must maintain an active and consistent presence within the roleplay environment.
• You must have at least 6 dedicated members upon application.
• Any gang-related Discord servers must be transferred to the Dockyard Exchange.
• Discriminatory behavior (racism, homophobia, ableism, etc.) within your gang community will result in immediate disbandment.
• Permanently banned players are strictly prohibited from participating in gang activities.
• Any major changes to gang leadership, identity, or operations must be reported to the Dockyard Exchange.
• You must transfer ownership of the server to M0rsari3s when accepted. 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

• Applications must be professionally written, demonstrating proper grammar and detail.
• All sections of the application must be completed honestly. Falsified information will result in an immediate blacklist.
• Gang names, identities, and operations must be original. Plagiarism or concept theft will not be tolerated.
• Advertisements for gang applications will not be allowed. Organic recruitment and reputation building must take place in-character.
• Do not harass faction leaders or staff for application reviews. Persistent inquiries will result in automatic denial.
• The Dockyard Exchange reserves the right to revoke gang privileges if roleplay quality, activity, or compliance is not maintained.

OFFICIAL GANG PRIVILEGES: Upon approval, gangs will gain access to various benefits and tools to establish their presence in the criminal world. Perks include:

• Spray Painting & Tagging: The ability to mark territory with custom graffiti and gang insignias.
• Gang Hideouts: Secure locations for meetings, storage, and strategizing, with possible upgrades.
• Dockyard Exchange Access: Connections to underground weapons dealers, contraband suppliers, and smuggling operations.

Applications will be reviewed biweekly, with priority given to well-structured and detailed submissions. The Dockyard Exchange operates under a strict quality-control standard—only the most promising gangs will be allowed to thrive in Echoes: 1984.
