Please explain what your business is? (What does your business sell, provide, and/or offer?): 

Valued or Values, is a Pharmacy yet Convenience store that allows its clientele to get their daily medication alongside over-the-counter type medication. Alongside offers conveniences with daily items like snacks, seasonal cards and some toys here and there, alongside some food items here and there.

Please state your reasons for wanting to start this business on Echoes?:

Some of my reasons are that for one there are no pharmacies that are providing East Falls with the proper medication they need, along with this a pharmacy and a store for conveniences for civilians of east falls, That's a way to hit two birds with one stone.

Please elaborate on the background of the business ICLY and how it formed? (What’s the lore behind it?):

Delacroix Croftword, As he grew up in East Falls, with his parents both in the medical field he wanted to help those who were in-need yet didn’t want to help in the hands-on part of the medical field and so he went through East Falls springfield community college, and then proceeded to go to med-school to get his degree in Pharm.D and then he proceed to open an East Falls Pharmacy named Valued or Values.

Give a brief overview of what a typical opening would look like in your business?:

A typical opening would be as if every other retail or convenience store. I’d gather all my employee’s clerks, and the pharmacists then after gathering all available employee’s I’d set them to their areas that they needed to be. Then I would then send an advert to the server when we have opened. After they all close I’d close the MAIN shop yet I would also keep the pharmacy open for an extra 10 minutes when the main convenience store had closed so people had a chance to get their medications or what was needed of them. Then at the end of the day staff would log all their sales, and log the stock we gave out. After that

How prepared are you to handle ICLY and/or OOCLY disturbances related to your business?:
I’d say im pretty prepared to handle situations or disturbances related to my business as if it was ICCLY I’d treat it with a  professional outlook, and treat it as if it were a real life situation or scenario. Although if OOCLY, I’d see what it was related to then report to staff if I can not handle it on my own.
