Filling Out a Lawsuit

When it comes to filling out and setting up lawsuits, there are certain steps you must take. Follow the steps down below:

    1. Get in contact with any Lawyer. This includes Trial Lawyers.

    2. Meet with one at town hall, where you will provide your character's name, DOB, age, the defendant's (person being sued) information, and all evidence/reason you have to want to sue someone.

    3. The lawyer will look through the evidence presented, and if they feel it is enough to go through with a stable lawsuit, they will accept the case and request a $<TO BE SET> payment upfront

    4. Once the payment is made, the lawyer will get in contact with other lawyers to set up a lawyer for the person you are suing and a judge on the case.

    5. 2-3 weeks after the lawsuit was filled, the lawsuit will be taken to court where a judge will be the one to choose if the defendant was/it guilty or not

Keep in mind, during those 2-3 weeks your lawyer will meet with you many times to set up a plan for what will happen within the court, as well as go over evidence and what they can and cannot use. They will also attempt to find more evidence to help you win the case.
