Why do you want to join Echoesβ police faction?:
Why Iβd like to Join Echoes Police faction is because of what you guys said, that joining a faction can make your roleplay experience a new perspective of a new character. I am also wanting to help the force as I know youβre really indeed cadets and so Iβd like to contribute my time here, and help the department grow.
Β
What would you do if you accidentally broke a law, and someone began to argue with you OOC?:
If someone would begin to argue with me OOCly and I did break a law or rule. Iβd go over what the situation was or so, and review the said law, and assure them it won't happen again. But if It happened ICCLy, I would suggest that they have seen me break this law ICCLY and make a report to a judge.
Β
If someone was insulting you OOC for not following a common law (such as reading their rights)Β what would you do/say?:
I would excuse myself for my indecency of forgetting but also explain that I am allowed to make mistakes because weβre all human. Everyone is going to mess up somehow in their lifetime. Iβd then assure them this mistake will never happen again.
What do you do if you arrest someone? Be short, but detailed:
What I would do when in the event I need to arrest someone for whatever law they have broken isΒ to Identify myself asserting that I'm a part of the sheriffβs office. As I place the handcuffs on their hands I would then state there under arrest and provide the reasoning behind the arrest. I would then follow up with their Miranda rights. Then transport them to the station for booking, taking a mugshot. Making sure I would file it. (Discord Filing.)
Β
If someone is behaving strangely, as if they were using illegal substances, what do you do?:
If at all someone is behaving strangely or in usage of illegal substances such as medication, drugs like heroin and or other substances what Iβd do is address if theyβre physically okay looking out for any signs that they could be under something. (Slurred speech, movements, etc) Iβd then approach with caution. Iβd then ask questions that someone in the right state of mind would know. Like where are you right now. What time is it? Open-ended questions. After that I would then administer sobriety tests like breathalyzer and straight line and back. I would then if necessary detain them and if needed get them medical assistance.
Β
If someone will not give you their identity and you donβt have probable cause, what do you do?:
As it is their right not to address their identity due to the 5th Amendment. What I would do is address that I need to identify them, asking for ID or such or other ways of contact. Iβd then ask open ended questions, Like what you were doing there at that time, why you were there and such. But overall if I canβt get a probable cause to get them to identify oneself I must respect their wish.Β
Β
If someone refuses to identify themselves because of the 5th amendment, but you have probable cause, what do you do?:
Β If I do have probable cause, I would then assert myself as an authority of the sheriff's office. If they refuse to identify themself, I would explain to them in something like the following. βAs the 5th amendment does state you can withhold your identity. Although with the situation at hand you have no choice to, As I do have probable cause and so it's not an option.β After that I would then State the consequences and that it can lead to further legal action.

βI have had only personal training for myself but nothing in your facilities or such.β
What responsibilities do you hold as a police officer?
Β βWhat responsibilities I hold as an Officer, Is to uphold justice from those who bring down hellfire. Some others Iβd say is protecting the rights of others and making sure every criminal gets a fair chance of talking before that trigger is pulled.β
Do you plan on advancing our staff hierarchy?
Β βIβm wanting to become an Detective, so I think I'm going to have to!β

Shortly describe 5 laws or behaviors that officers in the U.S. have to follow:
Some behaviors or laws that officers within the US Must follow is such as the following such as the amendments of the fifth, and fourth amendments. The fourth protecting against search and seizures. The fifth making the arresting officer required to say here rights (Miranda Rights.). Some others would be Usage of force on when to de-escalate situations and proportionality which just means force must be within reason to use. Lastly officers must conduct themself in a professional manor while on-duty and off-duty, especially if they see a fellow officer engage into unlawful behavior or such.
Why do you want to join Echoesβ police faction?:
Why I'd like to join Echoes Police faction is that I want to become more involved within the community. As you guys described joining diffident factions can give you different perspectives within roleplay and so that's why I am applying. To get more involved with the community by seeing a new perspective within being in the Sheriffs Department, then an ordinary eyes of a citizen.
What would you do if you accidentally broke a law, and someone began to argue with you OOC?:
If someone began to argue with me for a law I accidentally broke and began to argue with me in OOC chat or within DMS, how I'd approach the situation is that I'd talk with the said person who accused me of breaking said law. I'd then ask the person to stop arguing with me so we could review the law I broke, and if I did in fact break it, I would ensure I wouldn't break it again. Although if this happened ICCLY, I would have them report to the station.
If someone was insulting you OOC for not following a common law (such as reading their rights)Β what would you do/say?:
Β Within this event or scenario it could me understood as a common mistake as we are all humans behind the screen and we forget things but what I'd do or say is that I would say is the following. "I am so sorry for forgetting my fault, but there is no reason to get upset OOCLY about this, as it could be just a simple mistake that can be corrected within the future."
What do you do if you arrest someone? Be short, but detailed:
Β When arresting, I would first apprehend the subject, arresting with handcuffs. Then I'd read there Miranda rights. When enroute to the station I would then enter the booking area to book them and to get them into our system. Then after I did that I would then take a photo and send it through the mug-shots channel and complete any other necessary requirements within the station. (paperwork, etc.)
If someone is behaving strangely, as if they were using illegal substances, what do you do?:
What I'd do is see if they were okay and check up on them. I would then test them on if they were fully conscious and aware, such as their name, age, or where they are. Then I'd do two more tests. One would be a straight line; if they wobbled, it would provide me with more evidence that they were drunk. I'd then use a breathalyzer to see if they were over (BAC) 0.10%. If they were over that, they could be charged with public intoxication. If they were underaged, they would be charged with underaged drinking. In any other case, such as drugs or any other substances they have taken, under Wyoming law, having or being in possession of substances like heroin or meth, or being under the influence in a manner that endangers you or anyone else, can be taken as a criminal offense.
If someone will not give you their identity and you donβt have probable cause, what do you do?:
Β If I did not have probable cause I would respect there right not to tell me, I'd then just Inquiry them on why they decided to not tell me, then I'd just ask for there first name or middle initial to try to get an ID but I wouldn't push them.
If someone refuses to identify themselves because of the 5th amendment, but you have probable cause, what do you do?:
Β If someone refuse to Identify themself because of the 5th amendment but I do have probable cause I would do is start to inquiry why they think they shouldn't Identify himself. Then I'd explain to them "Due to the circumstances of the presented situation, The 5th Amendment is revoked due to the circumstance."

Aaron was born as a young-greek baby, with a father who adorned him and a mother who loved him. Alongside a brother who could teach him the world and experiences to follow in his steps. As his brother holds him his young brown eyes that were crystal clear would adored anyone, even the most violent women could fall under his crystal spell deep inside his eyes.Β
---
When growing up Aaron and Everette were polar opposites. As they the Mother is the nurturer and the Father is the laborer or the worker. Everette the Nurturer was kind and soft awhile Aaron was the tough one, always getting harsher punishments from his father, as he wanted Aaron to not fail him and not making him do the same mistakes he did when he was young. When he grew up when his father heard a hint of failure he would be punished. Theses punishments would be quite cruel, but only him and his father knew theses punishments. They were borderline childhood abuse. He would be burned with cigars, and slapped, smacked and hurt and when he goes to his mother she always wants to know what happened. But would she wanna know?
---
As the years went by and he reached the end of his high school career he would be a Valedictorian top of his class, just as his brother was once before him. Even though they are polar opposite they both have the right mind to help save others, with either healing or Justice. Aaron at 19 years old would travel to New York to enroll in the John Jay College in New York to get a very well of education. He would major in Criminal Psychology and Minor in Criminal Justice, Criminology and Psychology. He would try endlessly hard to get good grades and such till he was 25 years old he would end his college career to later get a Doctrine in Criminal Justice.
He wouldΒ
---
After graduating from John Jay he would then travel back to Wyoming to Visit his grandmother and eventually taking care of her before she would be on her death bed. He would then think to apply to the East Falls Sheriffs department and so one morning he would make his way from the bus to the East Falls Sherifs department and ask for an application.
