VIXEN emerges from the vibrant, gritty streets of the 1980s as a symbol of rebellion and defiance. Founded by college sophomores Christine Wade and Kozlov Ryze in 1982, this delinquent gang was born from a desire to shake off societal shackles and confront the rigid expectations of young adulthood. Lately, lots of people have been offline / busy with their outer lives but every day at least 4-6 members get on at different timing of the day as we all have CRAZY time zones and only 2 of us have the same time zone. But in the past before GangRP was paused, Vixen operated actively within the server with basically EVERY member on, everyday and engaged in daily activities such as graffiti tagging, vandalism and picking fights with rival groups. Members are expected to participate in weekly planning meetings, and public demonstrations to represent the group and show how Vixen is ran. The gang thrives on consistent engagement and collaboration.

Core Identity & Beliefs: 

Vixen’s core philosophy revolves around rebellion against societal expectations and the idea of true identity within the city of East Falls. They reject the traditional lifestyle imposed on young adults in the 1980s, instead embracing chaos as a means of self expression. As its already known, these are a bunch jocks fresh from college who looks to find trouble and mark their spots in the city and if that mark is crossed in any way, Vixen shall lay punishment.. Punishment as is bullying.. Punishment as in destruction, punishment as in regret stepping foot on Vixen's turf unasked. Loyalty among members is paramount, and the group operates under a strict code of solidarity. While their actions often skirt the law, they draw the line at murder, believing it to be inhumane and ineffective to their cause. They also have the color pink as sign of respect to women as they were founded by a women by the name Christine Wade and her girl friends who didn't fully agree on making it a foundation until Kozlov joined in the mix.

Distinction from Other Gangs: 

What sets Vixen apart is their duality: they are both a symbol of rebellion and a voice for forbidden youth, hence why they are college jocks at adult ages. Unlike other gangs that focus solely on profit or violence, Vixen uses their criminal activities as a form of protest against societal neglect, the ones who doubted them while they were in college.. The ones who doubted them on the streets.. Their pink lit graffiti tags and public domination are not just acts of defiance.. They are simply just statements meant to provoke thought and demand recognition.

Vixen operates primarily in East Fall’s urban areas, particularly areas near the town hall (& near college campuses if East Falls had a college).  . Their presence is marked by vibrant graffiti murals and the ones who've come in contact with this group of delinquents.

Primary Criminal Activities: 

Graffiti tagging and vandalism to spread their message. Money laundering to fund their operations and education. Public humiliation designed to embarrass political figures and challenge authority. (Small scale robberies if that ever becomes a thing to do heist. Would explicitly be for targeting those who exploit others.)

Conflict & Diplomacy Approach: 

Vixen handles rivalries and turf disputes with a sort of “manipulative” strategy. They avoid unnecessary violence, preferring to outplay their opponents through psychological tactics and public humiliation. When dealing with law enforcement, they rely on evasion and misdirection, using their knowledge of the streets to stay one step ahead.

Planned Roleplay Events & Engagements: 

1. Neon Nights Protest: A citywide planned graffiti competition where Vixen members tag key locations in mapped out spots of the city of East Falls, mainly  with messages of rebellion. This event will occur in a public demonstration featuring music, art, and speeches about societal change. 

2. The Heist for Freedom: A coordinated robbery targeting a corrupt politician’s fundraiser. The stolen funds will be redistributed to struggling students and families, reinforcing Vixen’s image as modern day Robin Hoods. 

3. Rival Crew Showdown: A non-lethal turf war with a rival gang, involving challenges like street races, spray paint battles, and public pranks. This event will showcase Vixen’s creativity and resourcefulness in the Dockyard Exchange of East Falls.

Summary Statement:

The Delinquent Group Vixen was founded in 1982, by Christine Wade and Kozlov Ryze during their sophomore year of college. It was founded on the social issues during the 80s such as seeking true belonging in society and wishes to leave the traditional lifestyle for young adults in the 80s. Eventually, it grew into a group that was displeased with the government’s actions ending in their revolts and constant altercations with authorities or attempts to embarrass political figures. As they grew they got involved in several other things such as financial struggle to pay for college, which led them to turn to money laundering or bullying others for extra cash. Never once did they step to end another’s life. That was too inhumane for them and the jail time for Murder is a price they weren’t willing to pay. This 1980s delinquent group was a group of middle-class kids bounded by the struggles and expectations placed on them by their parents. They had a thirst for freedom and shared struggles that’s how they bonded. Roaming the neon-lit streets together spray painting and vandalizing buildings, robbing those who appeared weaker than them, creating their code of loyalty. Between themselves. Dodging police and rival crews. Born from neglect and societal disdain these kids found solace in havoc and chaos. However, their chaotic ways had a purpose they rebelled against the system and to be seen and understood as young adults in society finally. Becoming a symbol of rebellion and pursuit of identity.

Why do you want a business on Echoes: 1984?: 

I would like the own a business as I believe having a technology store fits the server well. I know there is already an arcade but this being a mini arcade fits well for Vixen's lore being a jock group, so having many of them run the business and being a mini arcade fits perfectly. The arcade isn't our main aspect though.. However, the main aspect of this business is the gameshows that runs once a week and the gameshop where you can buy 1980s video games & tech. So even if the mini arcade doesn't fit too well with the server, there is other aspect of the plex that connects with Echoes and maybe future items / plugins etc.

What will your business sell and/or do?

The business will host video game tournaments, game shows for prizes, arcade games that you pay 10 cents for a piece to gain points towards prizes like Atari's, Nintendo's, 16-bit consoles, and alot of OLD 1980s modern technology we also are a gameshop obviously as we sell consoles but depending on the future of Echoes, it will depend rather or not we sell video games for said consoles.. As of right now we are in the works of making the rules of how to play the arcade games with instructions that will be prompt OOCly as members walk into the mini arcade. We also sell some kinds of foods, not diner foods of course but we sell more like snacks and desserts to cure people's slight appetites as they may get hungry whilst inside of the place and want a little snack to cure their hunger desires.

The business have roles that are classified as

Manager - The one who manages the payouts of the staff team and over looks the mini arcade.

Assistant Manager - This role is pretty much a manager but they are always available when the manager is out of the city. When the manager is said out of the city they are basically the manager and can make decisions based off of how the business in ran.. However this role doesn't have owner ship of the business and doesn't fire people but they can hire people who are well fit for the PixelPlex staff team!

Customer Service - This is the first role every member of the staff team is given, they are to greet people when they walk in, they also manage the snack bar, the gameshop, and depending on the activity that day, they may even run the gameshows, they are also the ones who help fix any malfunctions in ANY of the technology we have, almost like Best Buy how they have the Geek team. Customer Service is the Geek team of PixelPlex and pretty much runs every main aspect of the plex.

The Start of a Dream

In the heart of East Falls, under the sprawling urban canopy marked by gritty streets and bustling avenues, arose a tale of ambition that would carve its own niche in the sands of time. Braylon Westmore, now 28, was a man who was invested in the evolution of newer technology at the time of 1984. Born in 56 (1956) and now 28 living in East Falls, meanwhile its 1984, where digital objects were from the cocoon of binary codes, Braylon found himself at a point where present day technology was becoming societies best thing.

There isn’t much recorded about Braylon’s father as he wasn’t present much with him during childhood, as known before his father’s departure. Braylon’s father, a technician for the local television repair shop in Chicago, Illinois, often brought home various machines from work. It was known that Braylon gained the conscience of technology advancement and gaming... Hours turned into days as he mastered Pong and Space Invaders on the black and white monitors, unaware that these pixelated mirages would lay the groundwork for his future.

It was during a particularly harsh winter night in 1978 when the allure of the arcade first flickered in his mind. As snow blanketed the streets, and the city felt as if it was a quiet place that lacked entertainment, a particularly amazing dream that vividly enlightened his path for the future. In his vision, he stood amidst a vibrant realm of games and game consoles, a paradise where laughter echoed off the walls and neon lights seemed to dance in rhythm with melodies... It was an arcade, but it was more.. It was a sanctuary for dreamers and warriors, a place built from the ground up, through the use of a vivid imagination. This dream etched itself into his consciousness, and he named it PixelPlex.

Trials and Tribulations

By his early twenties, Braylon was indulged with both his passion for gaming and a strong awareness of commerce, which all came from working at his father’s repair shop. Each device he mended, each archaic circuit he rewired, honed his understanding of electronics, a knowledge he would soon infuse into his vision of PixelPlex.

The idea of creating a unique space, a thought of an arcade and a game shop took root. This venture would be unlike any the world had seen before. In a small, retrofitted warehouse in East Falls, once home to the PD. Braylon envisioned a place bustling with activity and energy. It would be a haven where enthusiasts could both play and purchase the latest in gaming technology, from the cutting edge Sega Master Systems to the nostalgic venture of Atari’s classics. People were also able to participate in the weekly game shows that took place for prizes!

However, bringing Pixel Plex to life was no breezy endeavor. Braylon faced many challenges, not least of which was financing his dream. Banks were reluctant to invest in what they perceived as a passing fad, deeply skeptical of a future dominated by gaming. Faced with adversity, Braylon turned to the community he aimed to serve, sharing his vision and seeking partners among local game enthusiasts. To his surprise, support flowed freely. Friends, family, and avid gamers all contributed, some with finances, others with equipment donations or their time and expertise. A very well known group who runs around the streets in pink by the name “Vixen”, were everything this guy needed to build his business… A gang led by the name Kozlov Ramires was good friends with Braylon, they went to elementary school together and met each other after several years of lacking communication. Fortunately Braylon found him again in a random town that happened to be East Falls where the two exchanged thoughts and Kozlov and his gang helped plan the business and slide financial needs to help the man as Kozlov and his group happened to be the richest set of people in East Falls..

Over the next two years, Pixel Plex slowly transformed from a vivid dream to a tangible reality. Distinct sections lined the old PD which had now been boarded up, cosplaying a warehouse was now described as a broad area, similar to housing, arcade cabinets resurrected from obscurity, a dimly lit corner with CRT televisions showcasing consoles, and bright showcases displaying pristine Sega, Nintendo, Intellivision, and Atari units ready for sale or earned through gaining points from the arcade games. A small snack counter completed the group, offering foods for long gaming periods.

The Grand Opening

On a fine spring evening in April of 1984, Pixel Plex opened its doors to the public. Word had spread like wildfire through East Falls, infecting both young and old with anxious excitement. That night, a huge flux of people wove its way through the arcade machines and shop aisles, filling the air with unrestrained joy and lively camaraderie.

Braylon watched his childhood dream come alive, a sense of achievement mingled with disbelief. From the corner of his eye, he spotted a young boy, no older than ten, struggling with the nuance of a particularly challenging level on a Nintendo setup. Braylon approached, offering gently spoken advice and a few pointers. The boy's face lit up with cheerfulness as he conquered the challenge, looking back at Braylon with a strong sense of gratitude that traveled across his features. It was then that Braylon realized the true spirit of Pixel Plex was not just about the games or the technology, but rather, the uniting of relative spirits and creation of memories that would last for lifetimes.

Community and Growth

With time, Pixel Plex became an attachment within East Falls, a large number of cultures that pulsed with the heartbeat of the community. It was an area where budding friendships flourished over controller disputes and shared victories alike. Braylon ensured an open door policy for proposals from enthusiasts, constantly innovating the establishment with gaming tournaments, themed nights with that being gameshows, and unique exhibitions showcasing rare hardware for newer technology.

He took great pride in nurturing a communal sense of belonging. The local teens were encouraged to suggest ideas that would make Pixel Plex more inclusive and diverse in its offerings. The addition of a small corner dedicated to tabletop RPGs and a fledgling section for fledgling computer enthusiasts, exploring early IBM machines, were direct results of these collaborations.

As the gaming industry evolved, so too did Pixel Plex. Braylon was quick to catch new waves, introducing innovations as they appeared — from the birth of 16-bit consoles to the mesmerizing potential of early virtual reality experiments. All the while, he remained anchored to the core of his mission: encouraging a space where the blend of old and new beckons travelers into places both nostalgic and unexplored.

Legacy of a Gamer

By the late 1980s, Pixel Plex had grown beyond one man’s dreams into a thriving landmark, drawing visitors from towns far and wide, all seeking its unique offerings.

Braylon, though content in his heart, knew the chronicle of Pixel Plex was but a small chapter in the broader narrative of his life. He often spoke to patrons about the future of gaming, filled not with deterministic predictions but with open ended possibilities. “The future,” he’d endearingly tell young patrons, “rests in the pixels of your dreams and the worlds you dare to create.” These words spoken by Braylon were words of encouragement and faith.

In those words lay the presence of his legacy years from now, East Falls might forget its skyline, the presence of its vintage vehicles, or the vibrant aura of the 1980s display. But in the respiration of imagination, Pixel Plex and with it, Braylon’s vision would eternally persist. Here, in this district, Braylon Westmore had not merely built a business, he had modeled a part of history. Which continues the story of Pixel Plex. In this, Braylon's spirit thrived for every battle he faced building his imagination, laying the beating heart of his lifelong dream..

What would you do if someone came into your place of business and began to cause trouble OOC?

I'll keep it respectful, always.. But if someone walked into my plot, in IC but started causing issues OOCly I'll ask for them to leave politely and then say that if they don't leave they will be blacklisted from coming back to my property.. If they still don't leave after all that, I'll call staff and have staff and wait patiently so they can deal with it.. Other than that I'll have my staff team and I keep it respectful and stay outta OOC if they continue to cause issues, I'll have my members allow the person who is causing issues to continue so that it allows for staff to deal with said player.

What would you do if someone came into your place of business and began to cause trouble IC?

If someone walked into the Plex and caused issues, I'd ask if we could provide them anything and give them our atmost respect and communication. If they still cause trouble I'll ask if they could leave and tell them if they don't leave they'll be banned from the plex as a whole and that the police will be radioed. If they still refuse even after said warning, the police will be notified to remove them off the property and they will be logged as a blacklisted face of the Plex.

I am active on Minecraft normally from 9PM to 7PM, sometimes longer and short breaks included of course! On Discord I am active here and there, about the same as my minecraft activity. I would tab out to check discord every 30 minutes or so so I would also say 9PM to 7PM.
