Why do you want a business on Echoes: 1984?: The reasons which make me want a business on Echos are simple -
I want to become a part of something on the server, so i will build a reputation, and be more involved.
i also always wanted to be an owner of a resturant or such on a roleplay server but never had the chance, so im trying to claim my chance!
i also want a business because i am trying to cause positive good impact on the server with my business by means!, and i also already have made in my mind a business idea and i am trying to get it to work as it really does fit the server.

What will your business sell and/or do?: My Business is gonna be a Mexican Restaurant, representing their culture, tradition and food we will sell all sorts of Mexican food, fitting all taste buds and giving a feel of home, as if it was your mother's great cooking spreading a smile across each customer's face, and also be a representative bar, when you approach you can come to the bar and buy your food inside, and either sit on the bar seats or
get a table! here is a few examples of which food we are gonna sell!:
Chilaquiles - Chilaquiles is a common breakfast in mexico, it consist of corn tortillas that have been quartered and fried. They are topped off with salsa, and other toppings.
Tamales -
Mexicani Home Meal - A meal custom for the restaurant itself (i-made-it-up) its grounded beef with grounded Entrecôte (meat) with mexican seasoning all in a bowl with some rice.
Home Salad - another restaurant custom meal, it consists of either: chicken, chicken breast, Entrecôte, or kebab.
Classic Steak & Fries - self explanatory, it is a plate of classic steak & fries with some mexican seasoning.
- I have way more meals, i will have to document them and i dont want to overwhelm the staff so for now its only those, if i do get accepted i will document more.

Mariano Capmany, was born in Mexico, with a dad and mom in a lower class life, his dad used to do dirty jobs to financially support his family, resulting in a lot of conflicts, and a day there was an event, the cartel located his dad's house and they got notified, his dad immediately packed all the required items and grabbed Mariano and the mother, the drove the farthest torwards the border.. they planned to pass it by foot, suddenly after 30 minutes - his parents became immigrants and he was yet only a kid, and he was sad as his parents did not let him taste alot of the tradition before leaving Mexico as they were running from the cartel, his dad was in trouble with the cartel, as they passed his mother got shot down by border patrol, dying on the spot, but his dad didnt go back.. he continued as they were so close, they climbed across and made it, a few years later his dad died from heart failure he was depressed for a long time and missed his dad and mother, a long time passes and hes now 46, tho his mothers cooking was his favorite, he always wanted to taste it back but never could find a place making such food with authenticity, he was tired, but one day at his late 40s, it was the year 1984 and woke up from a nightmare, he went out for a walk around the city, he strolled around and caught his eye in a sign on a building which said "Store For Sale - Serious only" and there was a frequency under it.. he went deep in his thoughts.. as he stared at the sign "I have nothing else to do in life.. maybe this is my chance" he was confused, he sighed "i wish only mom was here" he then walked back home, and scattered in his bed, he sighed, suddenly he took out his radio, calling the frequency on the sign, he waited on the line, stressed as it suddenly answered and the guy on the other side said "East Falls Local Real E-State" - he replied with "I am Mariano.. i am looking to buy the store you are advertising" - they quickly settled a deal and Mariano a few days later made an appointment with the Real E-State and signed all the paper, paying the Real E-State "have fun" the worker said as he threw the keys to Mariano, Mariano then walked home.. planning all of his restaurant, and started to work on it, spending not little money on designers and he worked on it, sleepless nights for a year, he thought of the name "Mexicani" Reminding him of a restaurant he used to eat at in Mexico with his dad, and continued to run it by his own, but a saying is going around that hes looking for employees...
What would you do if someone came into your place of business and began to cause trouble OOC?
I would tell them to stop causing trouble and to do it in somewhere private if they are arguing or such, if they do not stop after asking them to stop 2 or 3 times i would call staff if there is available, if not i would try to ignore them or talk with them, but try my best to not waste my energy or time.
What would you do if someone came into your place of business and began to cause trouble IC?
I would either send one of the workers to take deal of them or go by myself, and warn them to get out up to 2 or 3 times, and if they dont i will call PD and have them escorted out in-order to not waste energy and time.
How would your business greet and provide service to customers: the employees would stand behind the bar, serving - the greeting when a costumer is sat on the seat of the bar is gonna be: he/she would greet the seated person with a faint smile, as they asked "hello!, what would you like to get today?" they would slide the costumer a menu, letting them choose their next meal! [!] same goes for if the chose a table and got approached by a waiter!
