Please state the IGNs and Discord Usernames of the employees of your business (including the owner). You need at least 3 employees already in your business:

obl1vixus | arkkaere

Please explain what your business is? (What does your business sell, provide, and/or offer?):

The business will sell music relating to things which includes instruments and other things like radios and microphones. It'll provide lessons to customers if they're a new starter to said instruments and want to learn on how to play said instrument.

Besides that, The business offers chances for people to be an 'idol' (it's an umbrella term for dancer, singers, and performers) this can include other things like models for any catalogues, new instruments, etc. This is to eventually let said people kickstart off their talent to the public, help making events for others to see in the community and such manners

Please state your reasons for wanting to start this business on Echoes?:

As a whole, I want to start some sort of group where people could be performers and of the such nature. They could be in music genres, from idols to singers to dancers to making just sound tracks, performers as a whole. I wanna be able to make it happen. You might be asking why is it so important to have a roleplay server. It brings more opportunities for people to place their own characters they wanted to play but never had the resources to do or had the means of starting on their own, due to fear of it being a flop or just in general rather than joining over making it.

This can open the flood gates. Different role players come together. This can be singers to people who prefer to perform, dances on stage actively while doing said performance. As a person that in general wanted such things to happen , I feel like it would be a great way for people to come together and I like to see that come togetherness and working together in such ways.

Please elaborate on the background of the business ICLY and how it formed? (What’s the lore behind it?):

Luminara was born from the dreams and determination of Ikuko, a woman whose passion for music and dance became more than just a personal pursuit, it became a lifeline for those seeking artistic expression. Raised in a world where tradition intertwined, Ikuko found enjoyment in the arts, using them as a bridge to connect cultures, people, and emotions. Her journey began with small performances at cultural events, where she introduced audiences to traditional Japanese dance, music, and storytelling. What started as a way to honor her heritage quickly evolved into something greater. Her authenticity and passion inspired students, leading her to teach in communities eager to learn, often traveling by bus from town to town.

As her reputation grew, so did her vision. She saw untapped potential in aspiring artists—singers, dancers, instrumentalists who lacked the resources or guidance to fully embrace their talents. She believed that artistry should not be confined to grand stages in big cities but should flourish in every corner where creativity could be nurtured. Taking a leap of faith, Ikuko founded Luminara, an arts and talent agency dedicated to discovering, mentoring, and showcasing performers across multiple disciplines. The name “Luminara” was chosen to represent her vision: a guiding light for aspiring artists, illuminating their paths and bringing their talents to the front

Whether someone wanted to sing, dance, play an instrument, or perform on stage, Luminara offered a place to train, refine, and express themselves. Recognizing the hidden potential in smaller communities, Ikuko made a bold choice: instead of starting in a major city, she established Luminara in East Falls, a place where she could build from the ground up.

Give a brief overview of what a typical opening would look like in your business?:

"Step into Luminara, where music meets innovation! Whether you're a seasoned musician, an aspiring artist, or a curious soul looking for the perfect sound, our agency and shop have everything you need. From handcrafted instruments to cutting-edge gear, we bring you the finest selection to elevate your artistry. [Location: XXX]"

Employees arrange instruments, adjust lighting for showcases, and ensure any limited-edition or new arrivals are displayed prominently. Usually, there'll be someone at the desks from first and second floor to be prepped for appointments, whether it’s a custom instrument order, repair consultation, or guidance on agency work.

Visitors are always welcomed warmly and  given time to explore, and encouraged to test instruments freely. Our team remains ready to assist, educate, or even demonstrate different sounds and playing techniques. Occasionally, people from the agency work may practice their instruments on the first floor to showcase how instruments may sound to the customers and inspire them to learn or buy said item(s)

Whether someone is here to buy a synthesizer, book a recording session, or land their next big gig, Luminara is the place where music and opportunity join together.

How prepared are you to handle ICLY and/or OOCLY disturbances related to your business?:

Considering I was once a co-worker and co-owner to a shop in another server, I am pretty prepared OOCLY if there's any disturbances, ICLY may depend as a whole, if it may ruin the experience icly completely, I'll probably deal with it then and escort the people out of the shop.

What will your business need? (Buildings? Items? Characters? Moderation?):

For the most part, building and items.

The building can all be in one, two stories, floor 2 relating to the agency, including a small front area that's the front desk for people who are interested in being in the agency. The first floor will be completely just about the instruments, so eventually whenever furniture for instruments are made, display areas.

Items will just be anything music relating! Wind instruments, Percussion instruments, Woodwind instruments, even Keyboard instruments. Along with things that could be bought other than that like speakers, mics, to radios

After further reconsideration, this business will now be pending to be potentially accepted.
