Miranda Right - when a officer is making an arrest they are meant to read the individual being arrest they Miranda rights "You have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you do you understand the rights I have just read to you with these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me"
Probable cause - An officer should always have probable cause when investigating a member of the public, for example if a member of the public is on a regual stroll a officer cannot out of the random as them for to identify themselves, but if they had probable cause they have the full right to get that information.
5th amendment - An officer should always understand whenever someone plea's the 5th, and shall always respect their choice.
1th Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech.
2th Amendment A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Why do you want to join Echoes’ police faction? I've not done police roleplay in sometime and i would like to get back into it as when ever i've done policeRP i've always enjoyed it and i've only been a Police Officer for 4 days at least for East Fall's Department and i would like to do more roleplay as a officer for Echoe's 1884 as i had some fun as a volunteered cop and now im trying toj join as a full fledged cop.
What would you do if you accidentally broke a law, and someone began to argue with you OOC?: firstly apologize for my mistake afterwards If i was to accidentally break a law i would most likely void the situation but in the scenario of the player not wanting to let me void and would argue against it i will roleplay it out, and if they player wanted to take me to court i would accept it and argue against as it could bring roleplay opportunities, but if the player would keep arguing trying to cause problems i would have to hand them a warning.
If someone was insulting you OOC for not following a common law (such as reading their rights) what would you do/say?: If they were to be insulting I would give them a warning for OOC Toxicity, afterwards I would read their rights so they don't complain.
Non Staff perspective - I would call over a staff to deal with the situation because i cant do anything about it, and to get someone more qualified to help out solve the situation.
What do you do if you arrest someone? Be short, but detailed:
First Cuff them then read they Mirador rights after so i would search them for anything they shouldn't have, remove any items they arent meant to have like Weapons or masks with blood on, after take them into a cell read they rights again and read they charges and bail, and tell them how many days they will be in jail for and how much the bail is and when they can get bailed out, after take mug shot and write a report about the situation.
If someone is behaving strangely, as if they were using illegal substances, what do you do?: Firstly i would approach them asking them simple questions like "Where are you off to today sir?" Or "You seem a bit odd is everything fine?" and if I've 100% confirmed they are on a certain substance i would cuff them take them to the hospital make sure they get a blood test, including if they had the drug still on them i would take it a place it into a plastic baggie for evidence, and after i get the evidence he was on the substance by getting the blood result i will charge them the right sentence for whatever substance the individual was using at the time of the arrest, then take a mugshot, and ect.
If someone will not give you their identity and you don’t have probable cause, what do you do?: If i wasn't to have probable cause then i would leave the situation so it doesn't continue causing problems.
If someone refuses to identify themselves because of the 5th amendment, but you have probable cause, what do you do?: I would explain to the individual that i have probable cause and have the right to ask for them to identify themselves if they don't it would have to cause me to detain them for question but if they were not to still give me a answer i would arrest them for obstruction of justice, and find out they identity, and if they had any arrest warrants i would also add that to the charge.

Child Hood
Logan Clark was born into a family of 4 including himself, his loving mother, and his loving father, and his older brother when he was 5 years old a tragic incident happened at 3pm Logan and his father were hanging out going out for a lovely day of father and son bonding time, to get some ice cream, as they entered the ice cream store, logan went to look at the flavours and unknown to him his father behind him was having a altercation with a masked induvial, as logan turns around the masked induvial pulls out a Combat knife and logan screams, to see his father stabbed and laying on the floor, logan ran over to his father,
"DAD are you okay DAD PLEASE DAD."
his father lays down silent, logon knew what had happened and he cried and cried until he couldn't shed any more tears, his life had changed dramatically.
10 Years later
Logan was in high school he was a straight A student always getting top of his class to become a Police Officer in the future.
5 years later,
He graduated top of his class many university wanted him in they schools he denied and joined the police academy to average his father and to stop crime.

Why do you want to be an officer for our community?: "My poor father once past away, by a dirty scum bag of a criminal and after witnessing his death i promised to myself i will become a police officer to protect the community and so no one should face what i did many years ago.."
Have you had any previous training or teaching in our academy? Yes i was in the academy for over 6 months and waiting on my results.
What responsibilities do you hold as a police officer? "To serve and protect the community no matter what, and to risk your life for the people in need of help, to arrest scum bags who disrespect the laws that have been set, to arrest those who commit disgraceful crimes and to take care of the community."
Do you plan on advancing our staff hierarchy? Maybe having a sub division for detectives. but i would love to become the captain of the department.

- Hello dear readers and residents of East Falls! My name is Cassian Lowe, a reporter of the Falls Chronicle. I'm here to bring you some insight on an interview that the Chief Reporter and I had with the owner of the newly opened restaurant Bella Notte and their founder Orlando.
Today we had an interview with Bella Notte’s founder & owner Orlando for the papers and to discuss what he plans for their establishment.
Aoi Shinomiya: “ So I work for the Fall Chronicle and your restaurant caught my eye and I would love to write about it. “
Orlando: “ Ah alright, what is it you would like to know? “
Aoi Shinomiya: “ So tell me about how you guys founded this place. “
Orlando: “ Ah of course. Well, back home my grandparents ran a business like this, but sadly after we moved here we had to leave them and such behind, and after my parents tried to get this building and failed, I tried once I grew up and had the income. “
Aoi Shinomiya: “ Mhm, So tell me what type of restaurant is this? “
Orlando: “ Well, it falls under the category of fine dining with Italian cuisine. “
Cassian Lowe: “ What do you plan for the future of this establishment? “
Orlando: “ I wish to grow this place, having it known within this town for its grand service and food. Eventually growing it out in other places. “
Cassian Lowe: “ I see, and what about the menu products? Do you plan to add more onto your menus in the future? “
Orlando: “ I do wish to add more to it, at this time we have a wide range of alcohols such as wines, vodkas, etc. When it comes to food we have pizza and other Italian originated foods such as pasta. “
Cassian Lowe: “ i believe that concludes my portion of the interview, I do hope your establishment grows exponentially then! It already looks like it will do well in the future. “
After we were finished with the interview, I thanked Orlando for his time and was on my way. I believe that their establishment will be very successful in the future and hope their work does wonders for the people of East Falls.
